HTML Email Creative Buyer: Newspaper Subscription Services Comments: We chose Grafixetc for our email design project after receiving bids from 9 different vendors. Their price/value proposition was best overall after receiving several examples of their past work. Unfortunately, US and Canandian companies cannot compete with the Indian companies on price. Why would you pay $400 - $2,000 for something they will do in India for $100 with the same quality? Grafixetc bent over backwards to meet our needs. They completed 3 drafts to choose from and then revised those drafts multiple times until we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Tri-fold Promotional Brochure Buyer: Estriel Limited Comments: This was an experiment for us, we needed a company tri-fold brochure quickly and at a reasonable price. We were looking for value; the combination of excellent example work and low cost (the bid was 13th of 16 bids) were the reasons we chose Grafixetc. The drafts were turned around quickly and required only minor tweaks - emails were responded to efficiently, which is important when working in different time zones. We are delighted with the work and will have no hesitation in using Grafixetc for our work again.

They were very responsive on edits as well as helping us through the process for the first time. I was initially concerned about the 12 hour time difference, we're working while they're sleeping etc., but I was surprised to receive communications from them at midnight or later India time.
